About the Role

Lead remote-first recruiting across technical and business roles. You’ll source, screen, coordinate interviews, and drive a consistent, high-signal process that reflects aVinci Media’s culture. Compensation is annualized and pro-rated for part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Own sourcing, screening, and pipeline management for priority roles
  • Coordinate panels, scorecards, and debriefs; keep candidates informed
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition and calibration
  • Report on recruiting metrics; recommend process improvements
  • Support onboarding handoffs and talent operations projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in tech, including remote/global hiring
  • Fluency with ATS workflows (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever) and sourcing techniques
  • Strong candidate experience, structured interviewing, and DEI awareness
  • Data-driven approach to funnel health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
  • Bonus: employer branding, contracting/compliance basics across regions
